The team is constantly working hard to create and release new features for you and your members to enjoy. Updating your Apps is the best way to excite your members and keep them engaged in the features of your App!
This step-by-step guide will take you through the App update journey.
1) Building your New Version:
The first thing we want to do is build the latest version of our App. So with that in mind, head to the Console and select Configure from the left hand panel. From there select App Updates.
When a new iOS or Android version is available you will see the build/upload button available to be clicked.
Building the Latest Android App:
Click the Build button to begin the process of building your Android App.
Once the latest version of your Android App has been built, you will notice this section has changed. You may just need to refresh your web browser to see it!
Building the Latest iOS App:
Click the Upload button to begin the process of building and automatically upload your iOS App to your Apple developer account.
You will notice that the button will change to Restart, don't worry though, this doesn't mean that it is not working! It just needs a bit of time.
Once the latest version of your iOS App has been built and uploaded, you will notice this section has changed. You may just need to refresh your web browser to see it!
2) Checking the Preview Build (Optional):
Whilst it is entirely optional, you can give your new App version a once over before submitting it for review. This can be handy when you are planning on updating your App Branding.

3) Updating your iOS App:
Your first step here, is to check the Agreements section of your App Store Connect developer account. Every so often, Apple will release a new set of terms for you to review before you are able to update your App.

4) Updating your Android App:
To submit a new version of your Android App for review to Google, you first have to download the update APK file which you will be submitting to Google. This is available for you in the App updates page.
When you're ready, watch the video below to see a step by step guide on downloading the APK file and submitting your Android App version to Google.
A Waiting Game:
