Understanding your Livestream data is important to help you improve your offering and tailor it to your Community.
You get a series of different pieces of data to help you better understand your Livestreams and how effective they have been. Let's run through them quickly so you can have a full grasp of the information available.
To find the Livestream data, let's head to the Livestream page of the Console, which can be found in the Content section.
Here is what each piece of information offers you:
- Date and Time: This tells you when your Livestream began (the time is given to you in the UTC timezone).
- Livestreamer: This will tell you who it was that conducted the Livestream.
- Group: This is the Group the Livestream was conducted to.
- Max Viewers: This will show you the highest number of watchers you had for a specific Livestream at any one time during the Livestream.
- Total Unique Viewers: This will provide you with a total number of unique viewers. This does not mean that they watched from start to finish.
- iOS Viewers: The total number of members that watched your Livestream via an iOS device.
- Android Viewers: The total number of members that watched your Livestream via an Android device.
- Web Viewers: The total number of members that watched your Livestream via a Web Browser.
